GOQORO Inc. (CEO: Hejong Ko), a specialized IoT solutions provider, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the IoT platform brand "+Style" and its related assets from BBSS Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SoftBank Group’s SB C&S Corp. The agreement was officially signed on March 6, 2026.
