Stephen Parr

Stephen Parr is a two-time Emmy nominee with more than two decades’ experience in broadcast journalism. During his award-winning career, Stephen has interviewed Laura Bush, Bill O’Reilly, Sean Hannity, and many other political leaders and newsmakers, throughout the country.
As the son of a West Point graduate, he grew up with the words “Duty, Honor, Country,” as a household constant — reminding him of what America is, and what she represents. Stephen earned a Bachelor’s in Marketing from the University of Texas, and then a Masters in Geosciences from Mississippi State University.
Along with his deep appreciation for American history, he’s now combining his lifelong passion for politics and love of country to ensure the blessings of liberty are passed on to the next generation of Americans, through his work with conservativeground.org and conservativekid.com. You can also follow Stephen on Facebook and hear his podcast, America on Parr, on iTunes.
American Ground Radio
Each weeknight, the show features interviews and analysis of the day’s news, but with the uncommon perspective that when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
Hosted by Louis R. Avallone and Stephen Parr, along with “mama” Teri Netterville, American Ground Radio is for anyone who believes there is greatness within each of us – that we can do great things, and that this country can be great again – if we can only focus on what’s working, and how to do more of that, instead of just focusing on what’s broken, and how to fix it.
If our country “feels” broken and you feel helpless to do anything about it, but you aren’t ready to become depressed, bitter, or angry, then this is your show. AGR believes the greatness within you can still make this country a better place for the next generation. They know that when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
American Ground Radio is grounded in the ideas that founded this nation. They run every political debate through the lens of the Second Sentence of the Declaration of Independence and the truths expressed therein.
