Via Launches Initial Public Offering

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep 3, 2025--

Via Transportation, Inc. (“Via”), a leading provider of technology to power public transit networks, today announced the launch of its roadshow for the initial public offering of 10,714,285 shares of its Class A common stock. Via is offering 7,142,857 shares of Class A common stock and the selling stockholders are offering 3,571,428 shares of Class A common stock. In connection with the offering, Via is expected to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,607,142 shares of Class A common stock to cover over-allotments at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The initial public offering price is expected to be between $40.00 and $44.00 per share. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or other terms of the offering. Via has been approved to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “VIA.”
