CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec 10, 2025--

Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.48 per common share. The dividend will be payable in cash on January 15, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2025.
