Moses Singer is pleased to announce that Michael Fruchter has joined the firm as a partner in its Corporate Trust and Loan Agency practice.

Michael represents corporate trust and loan agency departments of major financial institutions in a wide range of transactional matters, including front- and back-end indenture work involving corporate and municipal debt, escrow agreements, agency agreements, and asset- and security-backed financings. His experience spans matters throughout the United States, Latin America, South America, and Asia, regularly involving transactions valued in the billions of dollars.
