‘I Speak Jesus’ Covered Beautifully by Genavieve Linkowski

There are voices that entertain, and then there are voices that open up the heavens, like this song, ‘I Speak Jesus, ' beautifully covered by Genavieve Linkowski. Her voice is tender but bold, carrying words that cut straight through the fog of fear, anxiety, and the everyday burdens we hold too tightly. And as she sings, something beautiful happens—you can feel chains loosen, shadows lift, and the presence of God draw close.

Genavieve’s cover feels like a prayer wrapped in melody:

I just wanna speak the name of Jesus
Over every heart and every mind
’Cause I know there is peace within Your presence
I speak Jesus.

Isn’t that what we all need? To hear His name spoken over the dark corners of our lives. To let the words “Your name is power, Your name is healing, Your name is life” become our anthem. As her voice rises, the world seems to melt away, and for a few sacred minutes, there’s only Jesus—our Hope, our Healer, our Light.

Still so young, Genavieve has a promising future in Gospel music because she carries His presence in her songs. She reminds us that music isn’t just art—it’s ministry, it’s prayer, and it’s the doorway to peace in our everyday moments. Her love of worshipping the Lord is a gift to those like you and me when we listen to her sing. We find God in these precious moments.

When she sings “Shout Jesus from the mountains, Jesus in the streets…” you can almost hear heaven echo back. And we, listening here on earth, can’t help but join in.

Genavieve doesn’t just sing about Jesus. She helps us speak His name in the deepest places of our souls. We hope you were as blessed as we were by this beautiful moment with Genavieve’s song. May her voice linger with you, not just as music, but as a reminder that Jesus is near.

‘Oceans (Where Feet May Fail)’ Gets Beautiful Acoustic Makeover

Stephen McWhirter has done it again, giving ‘Oceans (Where Feet May Fail)’ a beautiful acoustic makeover. The song sounds so different from the original, but it’s nonetheless incredible. Play the video to give it a listen!

Stephen shows his truly incredible talent as a musician in this cover. He completely transforms ‘Oceans (Where Feet May Fail)’ into a brand new song that sounds a little bit more raw and stripped down. He keeps every lyric the same, but takes the tune to a whole new dimension with his strong, a little bit scratchy voice. Some of the words of the song are:

Your grace abounds in deepest waters
Your sovereign hand will be my guide
Where feet may fail and fear surrounds me
You've never failed and You won't start now

This is one of the most popular worship songs of modern time. It’s Hillsong United’s No. 1 song on Spotify and has received RIAA Platinum status. McWhirter’s version is sure to give even longer life to the song, which has been a hit since its release in 2013.

Stephen keeps his version simple. It’s just him and his guitar, and loads of talent, but it sounds incredible.

If you’ve heard the original, you may have been captivated by its deep sound and lyrics, but everything most people love about the song is still captured in Stephen’s cover–just in a different way. He transforms in a way that only he can, which still gives the same amount of emphasis to each thoughtfully crafted verse. Stephen has a beautiful and unique voice and is very gifted musically. He’s a skillful piano player in addition to guitar, and it’s evident that he has a heart for the Lord when he sings.

As you listen to the lyrics, recall how God has kept his promises and always will!

Sounds Like Reign’s Lyric Video ‘Ain’t No Grave’ Cover

Have you dealt with shame? Do you want to join in this epic song that celebrates the freedom that we have in Christ? Follow along with this Sounds Like Reign’s lyric video ‘Ain’t No Grave’ cover.

If you have ever dealt with shame, it can be a cruel and challenging emotion and mindset to overcome. We often fail in this life, but if we stay stuck in our failures, we miss the hope of redemption in Jesus. As you watch the lyrics on this video, ponder the love of Jesus who is coming to rescue you. Sounds Like Reign leads us in a gospel driven sound with notes of country and bluegrass in style.

God tells us in His Scriptures that no grave can hold us back from Jesus's resurrection. We have hope and joy in Him. He gives us lasting peace in His eternal promise of the future with Him, which is secured by the blood of Jesus.

This artist's song is both worshipful and empowering to any believer listening. While we are well aware of the power of sin and death and our own poor decisions, we are also reminded of the saving grace that comes through Jesus's blood.

The chorus sings out:

Ain't no grave gonna hold my body down
Ain't no grave gonna hold my body down
When i hear that trumpet sound i'm gonna get up out of the ground
Ain't no grave gonna hold my body down

Check out these Bible Verses on Bible Study Tools to learn more about shame. Many believers struggle with shame, but Jesus tells all who believe in Him that we are never put to shame. Let’s celebrate this victory as we rest in Him today.

“For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.” For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Romans 10:10-13

What you will love about this song is that it will move you to celebrate the incredible power of our Saving Jesus.

Genavieve sings the verses with finesse. She has a beautiful way of singing through the emotion of the song. This unique style enables us to really ponder these rich lyrics.

We can often overlook the words of songs that we have sung many times. However, the way in which this video is done causes us to take a pause and reflect. As you listen, imagine this is the first time you have heard this song. It will cause you to be in awe of what the Lord has done.

The chorus sings out:

“How great is our God. Sing with me, how great is our God.
And all will see how great, how great, is our God.”

How has God been great in your life? He has offered all of us the gift of salvation. He has redeemed sinners into His presence again. He loves us so much. The bridge comes, and you will be an emotional mess with the tenderness and then the power of the name above all names, being Jesus. Thank you, Genavieve, for reminding all of us of the true love of the Savior. As you watch this video, ask the Holy Spirit to show you something new about Himself to focus on His greatness today!

“How great is our Lord! His power is absolute! His understanding is beyond comprehension!” Psalm 147:5

Stunning Performance of ‘Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone)’

A handful of musicians turned in a stunning performance of “Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone).” This is one cover of this beloved tune that you’ll want to listen to repeatedly. Watch the short but moving clip to hear the awe-inspiring cover of the “Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone).”

Hymns are severely underutilized pieces of music. For instance, a lot of churches have abandoned hymns altogether, choosing instead to go with contemporary Christian music for the worship portions of their Sunday morning services. Sure, some may sneak a hymn in there every so often, but, sadly, those occasions are few and far between.

But that practice by many houses of worship baffles the mind. Hymns are beautifully and expertly written, wonderfully articulating and expressing some facet of God’s boundless love, mercy, grace and forgiveness. Who wouldn’t want to hear and sing about that? Many hymns are short, straight to the point and don’t have all the flowery language that many contemporary Christian songs do.

But all is not lost, hymns are still being performed and listened to, as a video posted on social media proves. In the clip, Melissa Brady leads the room in a profoundly moving and tear-jerking rendition of “Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone).” While she sings lead, everyone else lends their voices, making for a truly lovely and delightful cover about the love and grace of Jesus Christ.

“Amazing grace, how sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost, but now I’m found
Was blind, but now I see”

Those opening lines are arguably the most powerful, recognizable lyrics in all of music.

As the song mentions, we are no longer lost and living in sin, bound by our chains. Christ’s extraordinary and powerful grace has changed it all. Praise His name!

Ephesians 2:8 “For by grace are you saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:”

Lecrae opens up about his new album Reconstruction, calling it both a musical project and a personal journey of rebuilding his faith after seasons of doubt and hurt. The album highlights that process of renewal through deeply personal songs and collaborations, showing how God can take broken pieces and create something beautiful. He also addresses polarization, saying true unity comes when Christians prioritize the gospel.

Beloved Hymn 'In Christ Alone' Gets Lyric Video

The beloved hymn ‘In Christ Alone’ gets a new lyric video by Hymns of Grace. It’s a wonderful homage to the classic song. Play the video to sing along!

Hymns of Grace never fails to make songs shine, and that’s certainly the case for its lyric video of ‘In Christ Alone.’ Behind the white lyrics that flow across the screen, there’s a swaying image of a child holding a sword with light emerging from it against a dark, menacing cloud. It offers a perfect image to the lyrics:

There in the ground His body lay
Light of the world by darkness slain
Then bursting forth in glorious Day
Up from the grave He rose again

If you like hymn lyric videos or use them for church purposes, then this is an excellent one to use. It is well-timed and easy to follow along with. It’s an excellent hymn, and the singers, Lisa Martin and Taylor Rhoden, sound wonderful as they sing the words.

Contrary to what some millennials may think, ‘In Christ Alone’ is not an old hymn. It was created in 2001 by worship leaders Keith Getty and Stuart Townend.

“The theme of the life, death, resurrection of Christ, and the implications of that for us just began to tumble out, and when we got together later on to fine tune it, we felt we had encapsulated what we wanted to say,” Townend recalled of writing the hymn.

They founded the hymn in scripture, and in a way, the hymn tells the gospel. As you listen to this hymn, sing along and remember the miracle of Jesus and the hope he offers us.

“For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined into our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.” 2 Corinthians 4:6

Praise Team’s Awe-Inspiring ‘How Great Thou Art’ Performance

A praise and worship team has turned in an awe-inspiring performance of “How Great Thou Art.” This uplifting and upbeat rendition of the beloved church hymn is one that you’ll want to listen to repeatedly. Watch the short but powerful clip to listen to and see the praise and worship team perform “How Great Thou Art.”

Human beings are a fallen, lost group living in a broken world. Sadly, because of this, there is much hurt, heartache and strife all around us. People are struggling, calling out for help as they desperately scratch and claw to make it through one more day. Given that everything we see around us is a constant reminder of our fallen world and the havoc and destruction brought about by sin, it appears to be an utterly hopeless situation.

However, despite all that may be happening, there is only one hope for the world and those lost souls hurting and struggling: Jesus Christ. He can interject hope into a seemingly hopeless situation and bring about new life where there once was none. He is the ultimate game changer, for He is truly great!

In a clip posted on YouTube, a church’s incredibly talented praise and worship team performs “How Great Thou Art.” Yes, it’s a tune that we are all more than familiar with, but its lyrics and message remain powerful and true. For He can do exceedingly more than you and I could ever imagine.

“Then sings my soul,
My Savior God to Thee
How great Thou art
How great Thou art”

I’m unsure how anyone could listen to that song or even read those lyrics and not be immediately moved. He put the sun, moon and stars in place. Do we really not think that, if we were to put our faith and trust in Him, He would not or could not come through?

Colossians 3:16 “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.”
