The acronym C.H.E.S.S. stands for Chosen Heirs Elected Saved and Secured. Though it is an often controversial and/or neglected doctrine, Justin's heart behind the song is to highlight the joy that comes along with knowing that even before the world’s foundation; God elected, chose, and predestined those who are in Christ to be on his team! (Eph. 1:4). C.H.E.S.S. features Chicago native Regenerit and was produced by Justin Martyr for Justin-Credible Productions. <br /><br />This song is not about choosing a theological camp to fight for; but C.H.E.S.S. is about acknowledging the awe, wonder and gratitude that we as believers should be displaying as people who recognize God's sovereignty in our salvation!
