The Antisemitism Import/Export Business

I grew up on comic books written by WWII veterans. Many of those comics, especially Captain America, used Nazi sleeper cells as enemies. The premise was simple, the Third Reich had planted cells of agents in the Allied world that then activated decades later and using the wonderous and futuristic tech of Nazi Germany threatened the world. The tech made the whole thing seem preposterous and childish, but someone was reading those comics with a strategic eye and asking themselves if the war might have gone differently if the Axis had in fact infiltrated to the extent those comics made it appear. The antisemitism that is so obviously on the rise and growing increasingly violent has been, in fact, exported to the western world, and we have welcomed it.
In 2023 a pro-Palestinian immigrant killed pro-Israeli protester. His immigration status was virtually unmentioned in the coverage, and yet he was Muslim, immigrated from the Jew-hating part of the world, and brought his Jew hatred with him. Worse, he taught college students. Lost in the hub-bub over Bondi Beach was the fact that Germany arrested those involved in a plot to attack a Christmas market. They were all from Islamic countries – again violence imported. The Bondi Beach shooters were also Islamic immigrants and tied to ISIS. I could go on like this for a while. How dare the Australian PM claim that recognition of the Palestinian State played no role in that massacre? If nothing else it shortened the paperwork trail necessary to import the antisemitism.
At HotAir, Beege Welborn looks at how mass immigration is simply overwhelming British culture with the sheer weight of numbers. At The Free Press, Martin Gurri looks at how Gen Z, world wide, is a drift in a sea of on-line discontent with little clue how to gain contentment. In other words, as Limbaugh used to put it, “young skulls full of mush” ready to take in and adopt the hatred moving into their environs.
The rising antisemitism that is plaguing us so has been exported from the Jew-hating parts of the world. We have welcomed the import, and created conditions whereby it could take root and grow. This is not the old Jew-hatred of medieval Europe rising spontaneously from the dead. This is Islam exporting Jew-hatred, even if not Islam itself. We used to worry about liberal immigration policies permitting terror cells to enter the country. Well, here we are and the terror is far worse and more widespread than just the violence – the violent philosophy comes with it, and spreads.
And now, a snarky trip through the remaining pile of stuff…
The UK has more problems than simply importing terror.
Climate activism – taking away all the good stuff from life. My response.
Tell the truth now – did this actually change reality for you in any fashion?
