HighGrove Partners Completes Acquisition of Synergy Landscapes, Expanding its Commercial Landscaping Services to Florida

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr 8, 2026--

HighGrove Partners, LLC (“HighGrove”), an Atlanta-based provider of commercial landscaping services, today announced the acquisition of Tampa-based Synergy Landscapes (“Synergy”). HighGrove is backed by Agellus Capital, LLC (“Agellus”), a middle-market private equity firm that invests in essential services businesses.

Synergy, founded by David Kravetz in 2005, provides landscape maintenance and enhancement, arbor care, and irrigation services to a diverse set of commercial customers across Tampa Bay and Central Florida.
