Baxter is the CEO of PlantSwitch, a biodegradable plastics company specializing in turning agricultural waste into compostable plastic alternatives. He was featured in Forbes' 30 Under 30, and is changing the game in sustainability.

Russo is the owner and mastermind of Squares and Fare, the Jersey Shore's #2-rated pizzeria this summer. Originally getting its start as an underground pop-up, Squares and Fare has since garnered rave reviews, offering a variety of pizzas with fresh ingredients from Italy and local gardens.\
