FREEHOLD, N.J. (AP) — Prosecutors say a grand jury has returned an indictment against a teenager charged earlier in the shooting deaths of his parents, sister and a family friend two years ago in a New Jersey shore town. Monmouth County prosecutors say now-18-year-old Scott Kologi is charged with four counts of first-degree murder and a weapons offense. He was 16 at the time of the Long Branch slayings on the last day of 2017. A judge last year approved moving the case to adult court. Defense attorney Richard Lomurro says a not guilty plea will be entered at the Jan. 27 arraignment.
