Delivery truck driver, passenger hurt when vehicle overturns

BETHLEHEM TOWNSHIP, N.J. (AP) — State police say a delivery truck driver and his passenger were injured when the vehicle overturned on a major highway in northern New Jersey. The crash occurred Monday on Route 78 westbound in Bethlehem Township. The truck driver was ejected from the vehicle during the crash and HE went down an embankment below Route 78. Emergency responders soon arrived and were able to safely bring the man to another nearby roadway. The driver and his passenger both suffered undisclosed injuries and were treated at a hospital. But their names and further details on their conditions were not disclosed. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
