DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan 5, 2026--

Healthpeak Properties, Inc. (NYSE: DOC), a leading owner, operator, and developer of real estate for healthcare discovery and delivery, announced that on January 4, 2026, its Board of Directors declared a monthly common stock cash dividend of $0.10167 per share for the first quarter of 2026, payable on the payment dates set forth in the table below to stockholders of record as of the close of business on the corresponding record date in the table below. The monthly dividend reflects an annualized dividend amount of $1.22 per share of common stock.
