FEMA-run drive-through testing center opens in Bergen County

PARAMUS, N.J. (AP) — New Jersey's first federally operated drive-through testing center for the coronavirus has opened in Bergen County. The center at Bergen Community College  in Paramus will hold daily hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for New Jersey residents with symptoms to get tested, according to state health officials. Gov. Phil Murphy has said the center is operating under the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and is expected to be joined soon by a similar center in Monmouth County. Murphy is expected to give an update on the state's COVID-19 outbreak later Friday.
