Turner scores 13 to lead Drexel over Queens University 62-52

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Garfield Turner scored 13 points as Drexel beat Queens 62-52 on Sunday.

Turner also had five rebounds for the Dragons (3-2, Colonial Athletic Association). Justin Moore scored 12 points, going 4 of 10 from the floor, including 1 for 3 from 3-point range, and 3 for 6 from the line. Lamar Oden Jr. had 11 points and finished 5 of 7 from the field.

Deyton Albury finished with 13 points, seven rebounds and four assists for the Royals (2-3, Atlantic Sun Conference). AJ McKee added 13 points for Queens. In addition, BJ McLaurin had 11 points and seven rebounds.
