PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (AP) — PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (AP) — The St. Joe Co. (JOE) on Wednesday reported profit of $18.9 million in its fourth quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Panama City Beach, Florida-based company said it had net income of 32 cents.

The real estate development company posted revenue of $104.3 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $72.4 million, or $1.27 per share. Revenue was reported as $402.7 million.
