NEW YORK (AP) — The U.S. Open, the season’s final Grand Slam, is underway in New York. Defending champion Aryna Sabalenka and Elena Rybakina will face each other in the women’s final. Defending men’s champion Carlos Alcaraz lost in the quarterfinals to Ben Shelton.
