SuperMouth Partners with Project Healthy Smile to Bring Oral Health Care Education and Products to Children in Need Around the World.

Dental caries, the disease that causes cavities, is the most common chronic disease of childhood in the United States. In fact, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention by age 8, over half of children (58%) have had a cavity in their primary teeth.

Driven by a shared mission to make oral care more accessible and preventative for all children, SuperMouth and Project Healthy Smile are joining forces to expand access to non-toxic oral health products and education for underserved populations around the world.

"After decades in dentistry, I saw the devastating effects of dental disease in children and realized the products needed to truly help them simply didn’t exist," said Dr. Kami Hoss, founder of SuperMouth. "SuperMouth was created to fill that gap — to empower kids and their families with fun, science-backed products that promote lifelong oral health. Our partnership with Project Healthy Smile furthers that mission by ensuring that children everywhere have the chance to smile with confidence."

As part of this initiative, from May 13 to June 13, SuperMouth will donate one SuperBrush Jr. to Project Healthy Smile for every purchase of its innovative Ultim8 SmartBrush. This "buy one, give one" campaign underscores the belief that every child deserves access to tools that support a healthy, confident smile. Additionally, SuperMouth has committed to donating SuperBrush Jr. units bi-annually ahead of Project Healthy Smile’s outreach missions to underserved countries and communities, providing essential oral hygiene tools to children who need them most.

"Together with SuperMouth, we are expanding our ability to reach children in critical need of oral health resources," said Hollie Mae Schultz, co-founder of Project Healthy Smile. "This partnership means more than just toothbrushes — it represents hope, education, and healthier futures for thousands of children."

This partnership marks a meaningful step toward addressing the global oral health crisis in children and exemplifies how innovation and compassion can work hand-in-hand to create positive, lasting change.
