• The 27 th Annual H.C. Wainwright Global Investment Conference on Monday, September 8, 2025, in New York. President and CEO Frederick Earnest will represent Vista at the conference.
• The 2025 Precious Metals Summit in Beaver Creek, Colorado, from September 9-12, 2025. Mr. Earnest will deliver a corporate presentation to conference attendees on Wednesday, September 10, at 1:45 p.m. MDT (3:45 p.m. EDT).
