CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec 23, 2025--
Starfighters Space, Inc. (“Starfighters” or the “Company”) (NYSE American: FJET), the innovative aerospace company, owner and operator of the world’s largest commercial supersonic aircraft fleet, out of NASA's Kennedy Space Center, today provided a year-end corporate update following its recent public listing on the NYSE American.
A Transformational Year for Starfighters
This year marked a pivotal year for Starfighters, culminating in the Company’s successful transition to the public markets and reinforcing its position as a differentiated platform supporting space, defense, and advanced aerospace missions.
Starfighters accomplishments during 2025:
- Advanced its commercial operations supporting high-speed, high-altitude testing and evaluation missions;
- Continued to execute on programs with government, defense, and aerospace collaborators;
- Strengthened organizational and operational capabilities to support long-term growth; and
- Successfully completed its public listing on the NYSE American, expanding access to capital and increasing visibility with the investment community.
Rick Svetkoff, CEO of Starfighters, said, “Starfighters’ public listing represents a significant milestone for the Company and reflects growing investor interest in companies providing real-world aerospace capabilities aligned with national security, space access, and advanced testing requirements. The Company is well positioned to deliver services to a range of customers through our fast, innovative and unique platform.”
Policy Environment Supporting Commercial Space Capabilities
On December 18, 2025, the White House issued an Executive Order titled “ Ensuring American Space Superiority,” outlining a comprehensive policy framework to strengthen U.S. leadership in space exploration, national security, and commercial space development.
Mr. Svetkoff noted, “Starfighters believes this evolving policy environment underscores the importance of flexible, high-speed, and commercially available aerospace platforms that can support rapid testing, evaluation, and mission readiness across a range of space and national security applications.”
The Executive Order emphasizes priorities including responsive and adaptive space architectures, accelerated integration of commercial capabilities, expanded testing and demonstration activity, and the development of a robust American space industrial base. The policy direction reinforces the growing role of commercially operated platforms in supporting government, defense, and space-adjacent missions.
A Differentiated Aerospace Platform
Starfighters operates the world’s only commercially available fleet of supersonic aircraft capable of sustained MACH 2 flight, offering customers a flexible and responsive alternative to traditional launch and testing platforms. The Company’s aircraft are designed to support a range of missions including payload testing, technology validation, space-adjacent research, and national security applications.
By focusing on speed, flexibility, and rapid iteration, Starfighters addresses mission profiles that are not efficiently served by traditional launch systems, complementing existing space infrastructure rather than competing with it.
Looking Ahead to 2026
Entering 2026, Starfighters plans to focus on disciplined execution across its core priorities, including:
- Advancing commercial and government mission activity;
- Expanding operational capabilities and infrastructure;
- Continuing to build long-term collaborations across the aerospace and defense ecosystem; and
- Establishing a steady cadence of business updates aligned with operational progress.
Starfighters believes the convergence of government demand, commercial space growth, and public-market access positions the Company well as it enters its next phase of development.
