PERENfra Secures $142.8 Million for Perennial Infrastructure Fund I

PERENfra LLC (“PERENfra”), a leading investor, owner, and operator of water infrastructure is pleased to announce the recent completion of fundraising for its inaugural Perennial Infrastructure Fund I™ (the “Fund”) with an oversubscribed $142.8 million in committed capital. The Fund received strong support from strategic partners such as Garney Equity Holdings and Ferguson Ventures as well as several large single-family and multi-family offices.

The Fund invests in greenfield and brownfield water infrastructure projects in high-growth geographies within the United States. The strategy focuses on value engineered capital projects and operational efficiencies, providing certainty and speed to market for partners and clients.

PERENfra has already committed over 35% of the Fund across various cash-flowing assets and is currently progressing on a sole-sourced actionable pipeline. All Fund assets feature long-term contracted revenues while being positioned for growth and expansion over the next few years.
