OceanSound Hires Laura Noisten to Lead Capital Markets & Leveraged Finance Operations

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mar 10, 2026--

OceanSound Partners (“OceanSound”), a New York-based private equity firm that pursues control investments in technology and technology-enabled services companies serving aerospace, defense, government, and highly regulated end markets, today announced it has hired Laura Noisten as a Principal of Capital Markets. Ms. Noisten will lead OceanSound’s capital markets and leveraged finance activities.

Ms. Noisten brings over a decade of experience to the newly created role at OceanSound, joining from TPG, where she served as a Vice President in the Debt Capital Markets group, responsible for structuring and executing financing transactions. During her time at TPG, she led the execution of multiple new platform financings and portfolio refinancing transactions, advising on capital markets strategy and capital structure optimization throughout the investment lifecycle. Prior to TPG, she worked at Credit Suisse, holding roles in both the Leveraged Finance Capital Markets and the Financial Sponsors Group.

Noisten holds a BSBA in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.
