WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J. (AP) _ New Jersey Resources Corp. (NJR) on Monday reported fiscal fourth-quarter profit of $43.3 million.

The Wall Township, New Jersey-based company said it had profit of 45 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 57 cents per share.

The energy services holding company posted revenue of $400 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $193.9 million, or $2.04 per share. Revenue was reported as $1.95 billion.

New Jersey Resources shares have fallen 18% since the beginning of the year. The stock has decreased 14% in the last 12 months.
