ROSEMONT, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec 22, 2025--
FloWorks International LLC (“FloWorks”), a leading specialty distributor of critical flow control products and a portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital, L.P. (“Wynnchurch”), today announced the acquisition of Cranford Equipment Co., Inc. (“CEC” or the “Company”).
Headquartered in Kenner, Louisiana, CEC is a distributor of filtration products, serving diverse industrial applications.
