Eden Global Partners Hires Alberto Pandolfi, Former Citigroup Vice Chairman

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov 14, 2024--

Eden Global Partners ("Eden Global"), a merchant bank that specializes in providing long-term capital solutions, today announced that Alberto Pandolfi, former Citigroup Vice Chairman for the Americas, Global Mergers & Acquisitions, has joined the firm effective October 31, 2024. Based in the firm's New York headquarters, Mr. Pandolfi will be instrumental in expanding Eden Global's investment and advisory businesses.

Mr. Pandolfi brings to Eden Global nearly three decades of M&A advisory, capital raising, and operations experience, having most recently served as Citigroup's Vice Chairman for the Americas, Global Mergers & Acquisitions. He also spent 10 years at J.P. Morgan in the firm's Global Mergers & Acquisitions group, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing transactions across a number of industries and geographies. Over his 23 years with Citigroup and J.P. Morgan, Mr. Pandolfi advised on more than $250 billion of M&A volume across sectors and geographies and helped clients raise significant capital in the public and private markets.
