Anthony Milonas Appointed New CEO of Alliance Clinical Network

Alliance Clinical Network (“Alliance” or the “Company”), a leading clinical research site network, today announced the appointment of Anthony Milonas as Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds Founder Anthony Abey, who will remain in his position on the Board of Directors.

Anthony Abey has served as CEO since January 2018, guiding the Company through significant growth and establishing its reputation for operational excellence and patient-centered research. Mr. Abey will continue to provide strategic vision and support the organization from his role on the Board of Directors.

Anthony Milonas brings more than two decades of experience leading and scaling multi-site healthcare organizations across North America. He previously served as the founding CEO of Ascend Aesthetic Partners and as CEO of Canadian Orthodontic Partners, after holding senior leadership roles at We Care Health Services and CBI Health Group. Throughout his career, Mr. Milonas has been known for building collaborative cultures, implementing data-driven systems, and advancing patient-focused care.
