Andersen Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec 8, 2025--

Andersen Group Inc. (“Andersen”), a leading provider of independent tax, valuation and financial advisory services to individuals and family offices, businesses and funds in the United States, today announced that it has launched the roadshow for its proposed initial public offering of 11,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock. In addition, Andersen intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,650,000 shares of its Class A common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The initial public offering price is expected to be between $14.00 and $16.00 per share. Andersen has been approved to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “ANDG.”

Morgan Stanley and UBS Investment Bank are acting as lead book-running managers for the proposed offering. Deutsche Bank Securities, Truist Securities and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as book-running managers for the proposed offering. Baird and William Blair are acting as additional book-running managers for the proposed offering.
