The Monkees’ Classic ‘Daydream Believer’ Gets a Fantastic Cover

Oh, how this brings me back to simpler times full of peace and sunshine. The Monkees’ classic ‘Daydream Believer’ gets a fantastic cover you can’t help but play and replay. Amir and Lital are standing in their living room, wild curls framing their faces, dressed in nothing fancy but t-shirts and sweatpants.

One cradles an electric guitar, the other a regular one, and in this simple space, they open up something beautiful. The world feels heavy these days, the air thick with news and noise, but when The Darzis begin to play, it feels like a window has been flung open. Light, laughter, and music tumble in.

Their song carries us back to simpler times and moments when music spilled from a record player and the only thing that mattered was how it made us feel. It’s sweet and tender, yet alive with joy. There’s a fun, playful ease in the way they play together—as if we’ve all been invited into their living room for a private concert.

And when the chorus arrives? You can’t help yourself. You belt out the lyrics right along with them, the words dancing off your lips like they’ve always belonged there. It’s not just a cover—it’s a memory revived, a heart lifted, a smile tugged out of you whether you were ready for it or not.

Fans feel it too. Ernest wrote, “As a child, I had that on a 45 rpm vinyl record, I played it until you couldn’t play it no more.” Simon added, “Sometimes you just really know, don’t you? You can see it! Two people who just make the world a better place to be.” And Frank summed it up with aching gratitude: “I’m 71 years old and I feel as if you two are playing the soundtrack from the happiest days of my life. This is wonderful and comforting beyond measure.”

That’s the magic of The Darzis. They remind us that joy is still here, that beauty still breaks through, that music still heals. They take us by the hand, lift our chins, and for a few minutes let us believe in the golden years again. We hope this lifted your heart and you belted out the chorus too!

Romans 15:2 “Each of us should please our neighbors for their good, to build them up.”

U.S. Navy Band Stuns with Cover of Styx Classic ‘Come Sail Away’

The first chords of Styx’s classic “Come Sail Away” are played by the U.S. Navy band and stuns as it drifts out. Suddenly, the screen is alive with joy—horns blaring, guitars soaring, drums keeping time like the steady rhythm of waves against a ship’s hull. The U.S. Navy Band took a rock classic and wrapped it with the laughter and grit of sailors at work, and the result is nothing short of delightful.

One moment you’re tapping your foot, the next you’re swept away in wonder as clips of sailors hoisting lines and saluting the flag are woven into the melody. It’s fun, it’s upbeat, and it’s contagious.

The music video feels like standing on the edge of the sea at sunrise—hope stretching wide, energy rushing in like the tide. The band doesn’t just play; they pour themselves into every note. Their joy is as real as the salt spray on a sailor’s face. And when the camera cuts from the solo to sailors on deck, you remember that music has always been the Navy’s heartbeat—lifting spirits, keeping time, carrying hope through long deployments.

The comments tell the story of how deeply this performance landed. Maxine, a 72-year-old widow of a Navy intelligence engineer, wrote, “Your song means so much to me, brought me to tears. God bless each and every one of you, and God bless America.”

Carol, daughter of a WWII veteran, added, “These guys were absolutely spot on with the band Styx. It’s a perfect song for the Navy! That was an awesome performance!!!” And one longtime Styx fan recalled her husband first hearing the band in boot camp 47 years ago, saying this rendition brought it all rushing back.

“Come sail away, come sail away,” the refrain rings out, and you can almost feel the invitation—step into joy, into music, into memory. It’s not just a cover; it’s a little bit of fun and a reminder that even in uniforms and under orders, there are hearts that beat to music, spirits that soar on melody, and sailors who still know how to smile and sing.

Psalm 107:23–24  “Some went out on the sea in ships; they were merchants on the mighty waters. They saw the works of the Lord, his wonderful deeds in the deep.”

Busker’s Cover of The Beatles’ ‘Hey Jude’ Will Give You Chills

The streets of London hum with footsteps and chatter, but then comes a sound that hushes the crowd into awe. A young woman in a simple blue denim dress, guitar in hand, lifts her voice—and suddenly a busker’s cover of The Beatles’ ‘Hey Jude’ will give you chills.

Leire’s voice is strong and rich, yet sweet as honey—carrying something both tender and powerful. Each note climbs like sunlight up old brick walls, filling the open air with joy. The way she strums her guitar, the way her voice rises and falls—you can’t help but sing along. It’s the kind of music video that makes you stop, lean in, and share a moment that feels like eternity caught in melody.

“Leire is already a star,” one listener wrote, “she captivates audiences with both her vocals and guitar accompaniment.” Another fan called her rendition “touching and highly emotional… a wonderful interpretation. Bravo!” And perhaps the truest words: “Refreshing to see a young girl that cares about her appearance—and what a voice.”

She doesn’t need a stage like “America’s Got Talent,” she just needs a street corner, a guitar, and the courage to pour her soul into a song we all know by heart. And oh, how she makes it new. ‘Hey Jude’ becomes less about memory and more about this very moment—alive, fresh, unforgettable.

It’s no wonder fans are already saying, “Wow. You never cease to impress. I wish I could travel from the U.S. to London to hear you in person.”

So if your heart needs lifting, if your spirit longs for music that feels like open skies and second chances, watch Leire sing. Share it with your friends. Let it play loud. And don’t be surprised when you find yourself humming along long after the last note fades.

Because this isn’t just a song—it’s the reminder that beauty can be found right here, in the middle of the street, where heaven brushes earth in a girl with a guitar and a voice that won’t let you go. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Ephesians 5:19 “Speak to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord.”

‘Sweet Caroline’ Shines in Couple’s Beautiful Duet Performance

"Sweet Caroline" shone in a couple's beautiful duet performance. The man and woman gave a fantastic, toe-tapping rendition of the classic Neil Diamond tune. Watch the short but delightful clip to listen to their performance of a song that is near and dear to the hearts of many, "Sweet Caroline."

Everyone has different musical tastes and preferences. We're individuals, not replicas and duplicates of one another, so that will happen. There's nothing wrong with being different, right? You don't have to like the same things I do, and vice versa. How boring would it be if we were all the same in every conceivable way?

As we've already established, individual musical tastes will vary from person to person. For instance, I cannot stand country music and am not the biggest fan of The Beatles (personally, I think they are very overrated. I know to most people that it's wrong to even think, let alone write that for others to read.) However, even with those varied and differing opinions on music, there are still some songs that everyone universally loves. In a clip posted on YouTube, two street performers – a man and a woman – beautifully performed one of those beloved songs.

The two sing Neil Diamond's "Sweet Caroline," and do so wonderfully. The large crowd watching them perform seemed to enjoy what they heard.

Their version is a rendition that you'll want to listen to repeatedly. No, it's not 100 percent like the original. Their unique voices and their choice in arrangement give the song a slightly different sound and feel from the one everyone knows and loves. But that's completely OK. If you're going to do a cover, change something about it, put your own spin on it.

While they changed the song a bit, they kept that iconic and lovely chorus that always gets stuck in your head.

Colossians 3:16 "Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord."

The Texas Tenors Deliver Toe-Tapping Rendition of ‘Rocky Top’

Some songs don’t just play in the background of life—they stitch themselves right into the fabric of our memories. Like the Texas Tenors as they deliver a toe-tapping rendition of ‘Rocky Top.’

For me, ‘Rocky Top’ is one of those songs. I can still see it clear as day: me and my five siblings dancing barefoot in the front yard, my dad strumming his guitar, my grandmother plucking the harp, and my mama’s voice lifting into the night. ‘Rocky Top’ wasn’t just a tune—it was a family get-together memory created moment.

So when The Texas Tenors took the stage on Larry’s Country Diner and belted out ‘Rocky Top,’ it felt like stepping back into those front yard days. Only this time, the whole world got to join in the fun. With their powerhouse harmonies and easy charm, JC, Marcus, and John turned the diner into a barn dance, a stadium, and a Smoky Mountain porch all at once.

Toe-tapping? Absolutely. Hand-clapping? Without question.

‘Rocky Top,’ of course, has its roots deep in Tennessee soil. Written in 1967 by Felice and Boudleaux Bryant at the Gatlinburg Inn, it became the unofficial anthem of the Smokies and, by the 1970s, the official fight song of the University of Tennessee. The Osborne Brothers gave us the version most of us grew up with, and since then, it’s been played at weddings, ballgames, and every gathering where anyone with grassroots comes together.

Hearing The Texas Tenors bring their operatic, country, and pop fusion to Rocky Top was like watching a favorite quilt pulled from the cedar chest—familiar yet brand new. Their rendition brought back memories not just for me, but for anyone who’s ever tapped a toe or shouted along with that joyful chorus.

Because Rocky Top is more than lyrics about bears, cats, and moonshine stills, it’s about home. It’s about freedom. It’s about the simple life we sometimes lose in the noise of the world, but never quite forget.

We hope you enjoy this video as much as we did—may it bring back memories, spark a smile, and remind you of the simple joy of music. Share it with someone who could use a little toe-tapping happiness today!

Psalm 95:1  “Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation.”

Otis Redding’s ‘Sittin’ On The Dock of the Bay’ Gets Piano Instrumental Cover

Otis Redding’s “Sittin’ On The Dock of the Bay” gets a piano instrumental cover in a new video by Montechair. If you’re a piano fan, this is the video to watch. Play the video to hear the wonderful cover.

As the YouTuber plays each key to the lovely and lively song, he displays tutorial-like imagery, and each key lights up when he presses it. Dashes of light precede each key before he presses it so that viewers can follow along.

If you want to sing along to the keys, some of the lyrics are:

So I'm just gonna sit on the dock of the bay
Watching the tide roll away
I'm sittin' on the dock of the bay
Wastin' time

Otis wrote the song in June of 1967 from pure experience when he rented a houseboat in Sausalito. It was a peaceful and relaxing time with his manager, “Speedo” Sims. He just rocked on the boat and played his guitar.

“We must have been out there three or four days before I could get any concept as to where he was going with the song,” said Speedo. “I just didn’t understand it. And lyrically, it sounded weird. He was changing with the times. And I was looking at the times change.”

After five months, Otis brought the song to Sax studios. He finished the song, adding a bridge with guitarist Steve Cropper. They had it done in just 30 minutes.

“When I wrote with Otis, I always tried to make the lyric about him and his life,” Cropper said. “Songs like ‘Mr. Pitiful,’ ‘Sad Song’—those are all about him. ‘Dock of the Bay’ was, too. Otis trusted me. I always seemed to do the things he liked.”

And now, decades later, Montechair brings Otis’ peaceful and soulful spirit to life—one key at a time.

Stunning Rendition of Classic ‘Brandy (You’re a Fine Girl)’

A group of incredibly talented musicians has turned in a stunning rendition of the classic “Brandy (You’re a Fine Girl).” It’s a fantastic, toe-tapping version of this song, which is known and loved by many. Watch this short but thoroughly enjoyable clip to listen to and watch these musicians perform “Brandy (You’re a Fine Girl).”

Love is a subject that has kept singers, songwriters and bands busy for decades. In fact, it continues to provide musicians with plenty of material, more than enough to keep them employed. It’s seemingly impossible to hear a song that isn’t about love in some form or fashion. It might be a tune about the happiness and excitement that comes from a new relationship or concern the hurt, devastation and bitterness that often comes when those relationships end.

Love songs are plentiful, that is for sure. While there are several forms of love, most of the tunes we are familiar with are about the romantic type of love. Likely, we could rattle off 10 different love songs right off the top of our heads if needed. In fact, one of those songs named might even be “Brandy (You’re a Fine Girl),” the 1972 hit from Looking Glass. While the band name may not be familiar, you most certainly know the tune.

In a clip posted on YouTube, September in the Park, a group that refers to itself as “the ultimate Earth, Wind & Fire and Chicago tribute band,” steps out of its comfort zone a little. Instead of performing a song from either of those two groups, they dazzled with their lovely rendition of “Brandy (You’re a Fine Girl).”

The entire performance should be observed and appreciated. It will immediately have you swinging, swaying and singing along—just an all-around fantastic rendition!

Colossians 3:16 “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.”

Beautiful Piano Instrumental of ‘Take Me Home, Country Roads’

Prepare to watch a mastermind pianist. This video shows a skilled musician bringing new life, flair, and pep to a country classic. Check out this beautiful piano instrumental of ‘Take Me Home, Country Roads.’

At the start of the video, we see the sheet music above the pianist’s hands. As he plays the keys, they light up as a tutorial for anyone desiring to learn how to play. The tone painting of this music is wonderful. As you listen to the instrumental version, picture some of your favorite memories driving on country roads to visit loved ones. Take time to reflect on the beautiful and slow moments in life that are so often taken for granted.

As the bridge approaches, something spectacular takes place. The man plays the notes on the piano and the top half of the video (which was previously sheet music) becomes a dark black background full of notes of orange, pink, and purple. As the moving colors hit his hands, he plays the keys in the correct places. It reminds us of those old fun games like Guitar Hero, where you want to match the color with the correct note on the keys. This pianist hits every note flawlessly.

The chorus sings out:

Country Roads, take me home, to the place, I belong,
West Virginia, mountain mama, take me home, country roads.

Perhaps you are missing your hometown today? Or maybe you are missing a loved one from where you are from? Wherever life takes us, may this song remind us of the blessings in our relationships and in the places where we grew up. May we not long for the past but learn from it and enjoy the gift that God gives us in the journey. Ultimately, may this song remind us that heaven is our home.

“Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you?” John 14:1-3

Lucy and Martha Thomas Stunning Rendition of ‘Can You Feel the Love Tonight’

Lucy and Martha Thomas' stunning rendition of ‘Can You Feel the Love Tonight’ is bound to leave you impressed. The sisters sound remarkable as they harmonize. Play the video to hear them.

These sisters from the U.K. are absolutely charming. The song almost sounds like it was made for them to sing. Adding to the charm is a moment when their family dog interrupts them for some pets. They both display skilled vibrato and tremendous talent. Their slow cover of the song from “The Lion King” gives added beauty to its lyrics:

When the heat of a rolling wind can be turned away
An enchanted moment, and it sees me through
It's enough for this restless warrior just to be with you

And can you feel the love tonight? (Tonight)

It’s remarkable to hear that neither sister ever strains their voice and perfectly hits every note. They weave a lot of emotion into every note. They turn the classic song into a beautiful moment.

This song was written in 1994 by Elton John and won the 1995 Academy Award for Best Original Song. The renowned love song almost didn’t make it into the famous animated movie The Lion King.

The Disney team had told Elton, “‘Well, we just couldn’t find a place for it.’” Elton said, “It’s a love song. Every Disney animation film has a great love song. You really ought to reconsider this.’ I was quite astonished that it wasn’t there, and to Disney’s credit, they went back and found a place for it, and it won the Oscar.”

It’s a good thing Disney kept the song in the movie because many people love it today. Hearing the Thomas sisters sing it is perhaps even better than the movie’s version. The cover is lovely and lingering, and certainly sure to leave you feeling “the love tonight!”

Incredible A Cappella Cover of Bee Gees’ Hit ‘Stayin’ Alive’

This is an absolutely incredible a cappella cover of the Bee Gees’ hit ‘Stayin’ Alive’ that you do not want to miss. So many sounds are happening simultaneously, and it’s incredible to think they all come from one man. Play the video to hear them!

In his' Stayin' Alive' video cover, Jared Halley exhibits a stunning display of 15 different voices and sounds.” It sounds incredible, and it mimics the original song perfectly. Jared puts a lot of oomph into his performance as he sings. The artist exudes a lot of charisma with his Bee Gees-ish style hair, flashy outfits, spontaneous dancing, and energy. He displays a wide range as he sings in an extremely high tone, as well as occasional deep tones.

Jared proves that this was an excellent song choice for him as he boogies to the beat. He includes all of the elements of disco with his a cappella twist. It’s clear that Jared has put an incredible amount of effort into this performance, and it pays off. His blend of layered vocals gives the song a rich and full sound that really makes this cover stand out among the rest.

His 15 split-screen layout makes it obvious how much work he put into the song while creating mesmerizing visuals. The song is not only performed well but wholly crafted well from start to finish and well-edited.

Anyone who loves a good '70s hit will absolutely love this cover and Jared’s energy. It displays how creative one person can be in showing their range of skills, and it is just fun to listen to.

From the audio to the creative visuals, this is one thoroughly entertaining video you don’t want to pass up. We hope you like it as much as we do!

Young Woman’s Stunning Cover of Adele’s ‘Easy On Me’ Will Give You Chills

Some songs reach right into your chest, and then some voices carry them deeper still–like a prayer wrapped in a melody. This young woman’s stunning cover of Adele’s ‘Easy On Me’ will give you chills. Sitting in Studio Mühren in Volendam, her young voice fills the room with both strength and tenderness, carrying every note as though it’s been lived in her heart already.

At an age when most of us were still fumbling through middle school hallways, Emma-Sophie is standing in front of a microphone, giving the world chills with a voice years beyond her age. But what makes her story even more extraordinary isn’t just her ability to sing—it’s the reminder that God gives each of us gifts, talents meant not for hiding, but for sharing.

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms” (1 Peter 4:10).

For Emma-Sophie, that gift is music. She’s been performing since she was six, stepping into the international spotlight during open-air concerts with The Maestro & The European Pop Orchestra in Kerkrade, Netherlands. Born into a family of music—her father, orchestra leader Guido Dieteren, and her mother, soprano Wendy Kokkelkoren—Emma-Sophie grew up surrounded by harmonies and rehearsals, stage lights and the language of song.

Now in her first year of high school, she’s pursuing her dream in the TOP musical class where singing, dancing, and acting are woven into her studies. She isn’t just chasing applause; she’s chasing the calling God planted in her: to make beauty, to offer her music as a gift for others to feel something holy in the notes.

And perhaps that’s what makes her performance of “Easy On Me” so unforgettable. When she sings, you don’t just hear Adele’s lyrics—you hear hope. You hear a young woman discovering the gift God placed in her and bravely choosing to give it away.

Emma-Sophie reminds us all: whether it’s music, kindness, teaching, or creating—God’s gifts are meant to be shared. And when we do, it’s not just art we make. It’s light. It’s joy. It’s beautiful. We hope you’ll take a moment to watch Emma-Sophie share her gift with the world. May you be as blessed listening as she is in singing.

1 Peter 4:10 “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”

Jodi Benson, the Voice of Ariel, Joins Duo for Stunning ‘Part of Your World’ Performance

Sometimes joy sneaks up on us in the most ordinary places—like a kitchen. That’s exactly where it happened when Jodi Benson, the voice of Ariel, joins duo for a stunning ‘Part of Your World’ performance. Talk about magical!

When they began singing ‘Part of Your World,’ familiar notes floated into the air, and Jonathan’s warm harmonies weaved with Jodi’s timeless voice. Suddenly, we were all kids again—singing into hairbrushes, twirling around living rooms, pretending we were Ariel dreaming of life beyond the waves.

“She’s still got it,” I couldn’t help but whisper. Because truly, she does. Jodi’s rich and pure voice carried us back to wonder, while Jonathan and his friend lit up the room with energy and wide-eyed delight.

One commenter put it best: “How excited she was! How she looks at each one of them when it’s their turn. What energy! Goosebumps.”

And goosebumps, indeed. Another fan wrote through happy tears, “I’m literally crying right now! This is the best collaboration ever! Jodi Benson still has a gorgeously beautiful voice that inspires anyone to sing along, ‘Wish I could be part of that world…’”

There’s something holy in these little moments—the way music pulls us back to joy, to innocence, to the God-given gift of song that connects us across generations. As one viewer who once swam as a synchronized “mermaid” wrote, “Never take oxygen for granted. It’s truly grand!”

In a kitchen, three voices reminded us: life is still brimming with beauty, wonder is never lost, and sometimes all it takes is a song to set it free again.

You’re in for a real treat—because when Jonathan sings with Jodi, it feels like the world pauses just long enough for us to remember: we were made for joy, made for music, made to worship the Creator who put the song in us in the first place.

Zephaniah 3:17 “The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in His love He will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing.”

‘Hit the Road Jack’ Shines in Brilliant Piano Instrumental Cover

"Hit the Road Jack" shines in a brilliant piano instrumental cover. This is a beautiful rendition of the beloved Ray Charles classic. Watch the short but stunning and jaw-dropping clip to hear the instrumental cover of "Hit the Road Jack."

Over the years, many songs have received the cover treatment. As time continues to move along, that number will only increase, as covers are a time-honored tradition that is not going anywhere anytime soon. Unfortunately, for anyone who does not enjoy covers, they are here to stay.

As shows like American Idol, The Voice and America's Got Talent have shown, any and every song can be covered over and over again. However, not every song can get an instrumental cover. For a cover to work, people have to be familiar with the original version, and that is even more so when the lyrics are entirely removed from the cover, which is why only true classics will ever get an instrumental cover.

In a clip posted on YouTube, a pianist performs the Ray Charles tune "Hit the Road Jack.” It's a wholly mesmerizing and captivating rendition. You're simply unable to take your eyes off the screen as the hands dance back and forth along the keys. Yes, the musician's sound is spot-on and thoroughly enjoyable. Still, your eyes are immediately drawn to the graphics falling toward the keys, which very much resemble a game of Tetris. You are closely watching the graphics, wondering if the hands will land on the right keys before the graphics disappear off the screen.

Also, the fact that none of the tune's memorable and iconic lyrics are sung in this cover is not a problem. Since the song is so beloved and near and dear to the hearts of many, as the musician plays the music, you hear all the lyrics in your head and are able to follow along easily.

Colossians 3:16 "Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord."

Bass Singer’s Deep, Unique Rendition of ‘Ring of Fire’

This bass singer’s deep, unique rendition of ‘Ring of Fire’ is a version unlike any you’ve heard before. Bass singer Geoff Castellucci puts his own spin on the Johnny Cash classic country song. Play the video to listen to the exciting rendition.

Geoff’s cover video is beautifully cinematic. In the video, Geoff sits at a table in a room full of candles. His wife sits next to him, but she soon fades away, and his face becomes wan and haunted. As Geoff sings ‘Ring of Fire’ in his wonderfully deep voice, he seemingly remembers better days as he lights a match to the candle next to him and looks at a photo. Later in the song, he remembers a moment with his wife and embraces her, only for the viewer to realize that it’s just a memory.

“Johnny Cash's 'Ring of Fire’ has been on my list of songs to visit for as long as I've been making music on this channel,” Geoff said. “It's an intimidating lift to re-imagine such an iconic tune, but I hope I've done justice to the memory of the ‘Man in Black’ and maybe opened some new ears to his music. Also, I'm really glad that I didn't burn down the studio - no one should let me play with matches. Thanks for watching!”

Geoff is one of the best bass singers I’ve ever heard—and you just might agree. At some point in the song, Geoff makes his voice dip so deeply that it’s momentarily difficult to recognize the word he is singing, and it’s quite impressive that he can transform his voice in such a way. It’s wonderful to see in the video how Geoff brings his own story idea to the song, with a tremendous amount of emotion. This is a talented cover for sure, and if you’re anything like me, you’ll save it to go back and listen again.

ABBA’s ‘Mamma Mia’ Sparkles in Dazzling Piano Instrumental Cover

ABBA’s “Mamma Mia” sparkles in this dazzling piano instrumental cover. This is one cover of the classic, beloved tune that you’ll want to listen to repeatedly. Watch the short but thoroughly enjoyable clip to listen to the lovely instrumental cover of “Mamma Mia.”

Covers, a time-honored tradition, are here to stay. Every musician and band performs them at one time or another. One could argue that covers have gotten a resurgence in popularity because of how many are posted on YouTube every day, and that nearly every person who sings on shows like American Idol, The Voice and America’s Got Talent performs a cover.

Some people may not enjoy covers because they rarely live up to the original. I agree that covers seem lazy and are nothing more than carbon copies of the original, which, 95 percent of the time, is infinitely better. So, if you’re going to do a cover, make it good, or at least different from the original version in some discernible way. That is precisely what one person did when they covered a beloved song from the 1970s.

In the YouTube video, the musician plays an instrumental version of “Mamma Mia” on the piano, which is absolutely fantastic. Of course, none of those memorable, catchy lyrics are sung because it is an instrumental, but that does not take away from this performance. As you listen to and watch the video, you’ll have the words going through your head as the hands dance along the keys, creating the iconic tune.

While the sound is excellent and the real draw of this video, there is also an interesting visual aspect present. While listening, you’ll see the falling graphics as they descend toward the keys, closely watching to see if the musician hits the proper key in time.

Colossians 3:16 “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.”

Phil Collins’ ‘Against All Odds (Take a Look at Me Now)' Gets Flawless Cover

Phil Collins’ “Against All Odds (Take a Look at Me Now)” has received a flawless cover. This is a stunning rendition of a classic song that most people know and love. Watch this short but jaw-dropping clip to listen to this young woman’s dazzling rendition of “Against All Odds (Take a Look at Me Now).”

Covers are a time-honored tradition and are not going anywhere any time soon. It’s a safe bet that as long as there is music, musicians will continue to perform songs originally written, recorded and performed by others. So, if you aren’t a fan of covers, I’ve got some rather disappointing and potentially upsetting news for you.

When considering those who do not enjoy covers, their distaste likely has to do with one fundamental reason. Covers rarely, if ever, live up to or match the original. So, naturally, the thinking would be, “Well, then why even try?” That is entirely understandable, and most people will probably agree that covers, while a lot of them are thoroughly enjoyable, don’t compare to the original version. However, there are very rare occasions in which the cover surpasses the original, and a young woman might have done that with a Phil Collins tune.

In the video posted on YouTube, Connie Talbot plays the piano and sings “Against All Odds (Take a Look at Me Now).” Of course, everyone is fully aware that Phil Collins, the former Genesis frontman, released the song way back in 1984, and it’s a classic for sure. Within the first couple of notes, you immediately recognize the song and are likely singing along soon after.

While Phil’s version is undeniably a classic, I would argue that this young woman’s is better. Her beautiful, crystal-clear voice makes this version a must-hear. You could easily listen to her sing this tune on repeat and never tire of it—it is that good!

Colossians 3:16 “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.”

Stunning Cover of The Eagles’ Classic ‘Take It Easy’

Sam Robson just released a stunning a cappella version of “Keep on the Sunny Side,” and it will brighten your day. The incredibly dedicated a cappella arrangement is sure to impress. Watch the clip to see the performance.

Sam Robson’s cover includes an impressive 16 video panels that display him singing or playing an instrument in each one. This performance, no doubt, took him days to make, and the result is truly stunning. Sam keeps up several high pitches as he sings the old tune.

The song, ‘Keep on the Sunny Side,’ was written in 1899 by Ada Blenkhorn and put to music by J. Howard Entwisle. The song was made popular in 1928 by The Carters and then again in 1974 when Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash sang it. Ada was inspired by her nephew to write the song. He used a wheelchair and always insisted on being pushed down “the sunny side” of the street. It’s a beautiful Christian song about staying in the light and trusting in God.

Some of the lyrics are:

Though the moment be cloudy or fair
Let us trust in our Savior always
To keep us every one in His care
Keep on the sunny side, always on the sunny side

Sam does a wonderful job of covering this song, and it’s a lovely choice. It truly lifts the spirits to hear a song about positivity that has clearly had so much dedication and time put into it. It is a song that may be little known today but has a timeless message: choose to walk on the bright side and put your trust in God, who cares for us.

“Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid; for Jehovah, even Jehovah, is my strength and song; and he is become my salvation.” Isaiah 12:2

Duo's Stunning Rendition of James Taylor Classic ‘Carolina in My Mind’

This duo's stunning rendition of James Taylor's classic ‘Carolina in My Mind’ is a breath of fresh air. It sounds light, flowy, and totally nostalgic. Play the video to listen to it.

British duo Jack and Daisy sing the song in a beautiful setting. They sit on a sandy beach in the sunshine as seagulls fly behind them. Each of them plays an acoustic guitar as they take turns singing and harmonizing. They sing together in a very mellow and classy way. It’s a wonderful cover of the James Taylor classic.

Jack and Daisy’s cover sounds less folksy and twangy than James Taylor’s version, and it’s a wholly welcome change. Their cover takes on a more melancholy tone, which seems to give more weight to the lyrics. Some of the words are:

I think I might have heard the highway call
Geese in flight and dogs that bite
And signs that might be omens say I'm going, going
Gone to Carolina in my mind

Their cover makes the lyrics shine. The singer talks about being homesick and leaving everything for Carolina, and that he’s already there in his mind. Jack and Daisy each have a sweet voice that sounds wonderful with this song and brings out the emotion of the music.

What’s so unique about this cover is its simplicity and wistful sound. The artists don’t try to impress you; they simply and slowly sing and strum their guitars in cross-legged fashion. There are no flashy instruments or big production, and the serene setting adds to the ambiance. Though it’s a gentle sound, the artists still perform with confidence. The singing duo has truly given new life to an old song. Their version is the kind of song your mind wanders back to in quiet moments long after you hear it.

Family Band’s Rendition of Hootie The Blowfish Classic Will Have You Singing Along

This family band’s rendition of Hootie & the Blowfish's Classic song will have you singing along. It’s absolutely charming and sounds great. Watch the video to hear the top-notch cover.

The Clark Family band consists of the dad, Colt, and his three kids. Colt and his son play guitar. His daughter plays bass, and his other son plays the drums. Each member is on time and in tune with the music, and they sound great. The song they cover is Hootie and the Blowfish’s classic hit, ‘Only Wanna Be With You.’ The song came out in 1994, led by Hootie and the Blowfish frontman Darius Rucker. Some of the song’s lyrics are:

Sometimes you're crazy and you wonder why
I'm such a baby, yeah, the dolphins make me cry
Well there's nothing I can do
I only wanna be with you

“We were so surprised and excited to get a comment from Darius Rucker on TikTok requesting that we do one of his songs!” The Clark Family said. “Over the last couple of days we listened to a lot of his catalog, between his solo career and his Hootie and the Blowfish days.”

You can tell that this dad and his children have a blast performing together, bringing warmth and interest to every beat. They all have a passion for music and clearly enjoy sharing their gifts with others. At the end of the video, the kids get a laugh as they realize their dad was singing without his mic on at one point, which looked funny.

Their natural chemistry as a family shines through. It’s not a fancy production—it feels every bit like a living room jam session and is heartwarming to witness. If you were looking for something to make you feel good today, this cover is it!

10-Year-Old Rocks the AGT Stage with Mesmerizing ‘I Love Rock ’n’ Roll’ Performance

A 10-year-old turned in a mesmerizing performance of “I Love Rock ‘n’ Roll” on the America’s Got Talent stage. The young man demonstrated his incredible amount of musical talent, stunning the judges and the studio audience. Watch the short but jaw-dropping video to listen to and watch the young musician perform “I Love Rock ‘n’ Roll.”

The Voice, American Idol and America’s Got Talent remain popular, despite being on for decades in some cases. One reason for those programs’ continued success has to be that people enjoy seeing others succeed. That is especially true if that person, with undeniable talent, had never gotten a chance to shine before going on any of those television shows. People love instances in which the person who has continually been counted out comes from behind, surprises everyone and captures the top spot.

People also love being thoroughly surprised. Many get a thrill from seeing someone unexpectedly demonstrate a level of talent or a skill set that is decidedly beyond their years. Of course, this most often happens with young performers. Perhaps they have a one-of-a-kind, world-class voice or can play a musical instrument with the skill and precision of someone who has been doing it for decades. In a clip posted on YouTube, a young man does just that as she shows off his awe-inspiring talent on the guitar.

Bay Melnick can play the guitar in a way only a few people can, and he’s only 10 years old. The little guy wows the show’s four judges and the entire studio audience with his electrifying cover of Joan Jett and the Blackhearts’ classic, “I Love Rock ‘n’ Roll.” Moments into his performance, the super talented and charismatic youngster had the studio audience on their feet, cheering, clapping and singing along.

It was a stunning performance, and is even more so considering that the little guy is only 10 years old!

Colossians 3:16 “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.”
