I went undercover as a tourist and actually filmed this in Alcatraz Prison. Wow what an experience. Made me think how good the prisoners there had it compared to Paul who was thrown into the inner prison in chains, darkness, and miserable conditions.<br />In your darkest hour, just sing praises and let the Holy Ghost set you free from your mental prison.
