She has had several top 40 Billboard chart singles, including legendary duets with George Jones, Faron Young, and Leon Ashley. Her country version of "Ode To Billie Jo" was a top 40 country smash, and garnered her a standing ovation on the Grand Ole Opry in the late 60's. Other smash hits include: "Old Records", "The Eyes of Love", "Keeping Up With The Jones'" (w/ Faron Young), "Waltz of The Angels (w/ George Jones), and "Hanging On" (w/ Leon Ashley). In 2017, Margie won video of the year for the LA Music Video Awards for "Jesus Is My Pusher", which also charted high on several Gospel charts around the United States and Europe. This latest effort "Heaven or Hell" is her next "hit", and serves its purpose as a plea from Margie for everyone to turn their eyes to Jesus and accept Him as their personal savior....choosing Heaven....over hell!

While writing the songs for Back to the Cross, I was looking back at times, I had drifted from my love and commitment to my Lord Jesus Christ. Times I was living in compromise, as a lukewarm believer but pretending to be spiritual. That's what the song "Back to the Cross" is about. It's about remembering what it was like confessing my sin and getting right with God. It's about recalling how much time I wasted on foolish things. It's about being forgiven and making a fresh and loving commitment to Jesus Christ.

After Time, is a very uplifting and joyful musical illustration of some of the joys we have experienced in Heaven. In our book, Chronicles of the Bride we describe many of the outrageous wonders of Heaven that even now seem beyond imagining. This music is but a single note from the eternal paradise.

I don't think it's possible to stay depressed if you listen to this song, it is just overwhelmingly JOY-full.

Dancing On The Waters of Adversity, Prophetic Admonition

Times are upon us and even before us on the horizon that demand a great deal of faith and self control. When provision becomes difficult for us and expenses rise while income decreases, the Lord steps to the forefront to take up the slack or help us adjust without loosing hope.

For some of us that means cutting back on things we felt were ‘necessary’ while for others it’s just a matter of adjusting our perspective. In any and all adversity we can mope and drag our feet in protest, or we can lift our heads and dance with Jesus on the water while the rest of the world is weeping.

In this word He encourages us to dance with Him and not loose our joy but to look deeper and rejoice in what He is doing in our lives.

Have you ever felt that you just don't fit in with others? Over the years I have heard many people (including myself) feel this way. There's the "in crowd" and the "out crowd"

At school some are always picked last. Some may have been left out of social gatherings because their name, or skin color is different, their poor and don't meet the financial status quo.

Married people don't allow those who have been divorced or are still single to be a part of their crowd. And then some church members are afraid of those who have disabilities, look or dress different than them. They won't share a table with these people, but create a place away from the "so called normal" folks.

This song was birthed with the voices from others that want to belong, to be loved, to feel wanted. I have wrestled with this question for 4 years now. Discovering that church starts in the home, with a personal relationship with God Himself. He is where you are, and I pray that more churches will have arms opened wide and show the love of God to more people that feel left out.
