Drive Health Announces Inaugural Members of Clinical Advisory Council

Drive Health, an emerging leader in AI-driven healthcare solutions, today announced the first members appointed to its Clinical Advisory Council (CAC). This council comprises influential healthcare leaders dedicated to advancing the safe and effective use of artificial intelligence in nursing and patient care. Amidst a critical U.S. healthcare workforce shortage, the CAC's mission is clear: ensure practicing clinicians directly shape how AI closes gaps in care delivery. The council will guide the development and adoption of Drive Health’s proprietary AI caregiver, Avery.

The inaugural members include:

  • Heidi Abbott, RN - Director of Acute Care, St. Peter’s Health
    Ms. Abbott is an accomplished nurse with nearly 20 years of experience driving transformation across clinical operations and patient care. As Director of Acute Care, she is known for her innovative approach to healthcare delivery, blending technology, strategic leadership and compassionate care to elevate outcomes for both patients and nurses.
  • Robyn Begley, DNP, RN, FAAN - CEO Emerita, American Organization for Nursing Leadership
    Dr. Begley is a seasoned healthcare executive and nurse leader with decades of experience advancing nursing practice, workforce development and compassionate care. She served as CEO of AONL and CNO/SVP for the American Hospital Association from 2018 to 2025. Her career reflects a lifelong commitment to strengthening the nursing profession and advocating for high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Camille Burnett, PhD, MPA, APHN-BC, BScN, RN, DSW, FAAN, CGNC - Vice President, Health Equity, Institute for Healthcare Improvement

    Ms. Gullatt is a registered nurse and industry expert with more than two decades of clinical and operational experience across NICU, ICU and post-operative care.   • Susan Y. Swart, EdD, MS, RN, CAE - Executive Director, ANA-Illinois; CEO & President, SYS Consulting Solutions, Inc.
    Dr. Swart is a nationally recognized nurse leader with more than 30 years of experience in clinical practice, policy and association leadership. Currently serving as Executive Director of ANA-Illinois, she is committed to driving workforce development and equitable access to care.

Additionally, Leeza Constantoulakis, PhD, RN, Drive Health’s Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), serves as Chair of the CAC. Dr. Constantoulakis brings more than a decade of experience across clinical care, health policy, technology, and leadership. At Drive Health, she leads vision and strategy to ensure that nurses’ voices guide the responsible and ethical development of AI in healthcare. A former Deloitte Consulting leader and practicing RN, she has advised federal and state agencies on health policy, workforce development, and care standardization.

The CAC will convene its initial meeting in November 2025, at the Drive Health Nursing & AI Symposium. Members will advise on Avery’s ongoing development and implementation, with an emphasis on supporting the nursing industry in their daily workflows, improving patient outcomes and ensuring ethical guardrails in agentic AI adoption.
