The accused, an illegal immigrant named Abdulloi Toshpulodzoda, was found covered in blood and admitted to being guilty. However, under the prosecution of Steve Descano, a Democrat backed by George Soros, he was granted a not guilty plea due to his religious delusions. Despite being deemed a violent Islamist extremist, he was released on a 48-hour leave from the mental hospital and subsequently helped to obtain a passport from the Tajik embassy.
