Transom Appoints Luke Dauch as Business Development Principal

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr 9, 2026--

Transom Capital Group (“Transom”), an operations-focused private equity firm, today announced the appointment of Luke Dauch as a Principal on the Business Development Team. In this role, he will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and cultivating new investment opportunities, as well as building and maintaining relationships with investment banks, intermediaries, and corporate executives. He will play a key role in driving deal origination efforts, supporting transaction execution, and expanding the firm’s network across its target industries and variety of deal types.

Mr. Dauch brings a decade of experience as an investment banker in J.P. Morgan’s Diversified Industrials Group, where he advised on and executed a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and equity-linked offerings, investment grade and high-yield debt issuances, and bank financings. His experience spans buy-side and sell-side engagements for large public and private companies, as well as corporate carve-outs, cross-border transactions, and business valuations.
