Thompson Street Capital Partners Portfolio Company PestCo Holdings Acquires Bio-Tech Pest Control

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan 7, 2026--

Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, today announced the acquisition of the assets of Bio-Tech Pest Control (Bio-Tech) by PestCo Holdings, LLC (PestCo), a growth-oriented, national provider of pest control services to residential and commercial customers and a TSCP portfolio company. Based in Spring, TX, Bio-Tech is a leading provider of residential and commercial pest control services throughout metropolitan Houston. This acquisition represents a strategic addition in the Houston market, one of the largest and fastest growing cities in the United States. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
