International Battery Metals Ltd. (“IBAT” or the “Company”) (TSXV: IBAT) & (OTCQB: IBATF), will host a conference call discussing financial and operational results for its second quarter of 2026, ended September 30, 2025, on Thursday, November 13 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

IBAT intends to release its financial results for its second fiscal quarter of 2026 after the close of trading on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. The results will be available on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca and on IBAT's website ( www.ibatterymetals.com/investors ).
