Estes Thorne Ewing & Payne, which has combined big-firm experience and personal service to create one of the most successful boutique law firms in Texas, has added three attorneys to bolster its services in commercial litigation and family law.

Joining the firm are partner T. Blake Edwards and associates Samantha Brown and Anna Long. Mr. Edwards and Ms. Brown are commercial/business litigators and Ms. Long’s focus is family law.

Mr. Edwards, a graduate of Texas A&M and Baylor University School of Law, has handled cases in state and federal courts and alternate dispute resolution forums, including commercial lease and contract disputes, noncompete and employment cases, trade secrets, trusts and deceptive trade practices, and fraud litigations, among others.

Ms. Brown, a graduate of Texas A&M and the Texas A&M School of Law, has worked in state and federal courts in multiple practice areas, including commercial litigation, insurance, and intellectual property.

Ms. Long, a graduate of Austin College and Texas Tech University School of Law, represents clients in a wide variety of family law matters, including divorce, property division, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

The additions continue a steady pattern of expansion and recognition for Estes Thorne Ewing & Payne, which was founded in 2008 as one of the first women-owned law firms in North Texas and is considered a go-to firm across several practice areas.
