HILLSDALE, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep 12, 2025--

CNB Community Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX:CNBB) announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s common stock in the amount of $0.32 per share, an increase of $0.03 per share from the dividend paid for the 3 rd Quarter of 2024, payable on October 10, 2025 for shareholders of record on September 30, 2025.
