Bhuskute brings more than 30 years of global finance and operational leadership experience. He joins 10X Health after serving as Corporate Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at TTI, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway company, where he led global finance, FP&A, M&A, shared services, and enterprise-wide performance management for an $8 billion organization. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles at Danaher, Fortive (Advanced Sterilization Products), Edwards Lifesciences, Terex Corporation, and National Semiconductor, managing multi-billion-dollar P&Ls, executing large-scale carve-outs and acquisitions, and driving measurable margin expansion, cash flow improvement, and cost transformation initiatives.

Bhuskute is known for his people-first leadership philosophy, strengthening financial governance while elevating team capability, decision velocity, and cross-functional alignment. His work has been featured on the cover of Reboot Magazine for excellence in building high-performing finance organizations and creating enterprise value.
